Bend the knees and raise up smoothly on to the toes and back down again.
Slowly bend hips and knees to lower body, keep weight central.
With the feet shoulder width apart, lock knees and raise and lower the heels.
With feet wider than shoulder width apart, transfer weight from one side to the other.
In step position, bend knee and take chest forwards over foot. Then reverse.
Slowly bend the knee, keeping it in line with the foot.
