0:00 Gastroc Raises. Start with the feet shoulder width apart, lock the knees straight and slowly raise and lower the heals, going right to the tips of the toes. Gastrocnemius with partial weight shift. Slowly raise up on two feet to the balls of the toe and lighten the load on one leg and lower the opposite heal to the ground.
0:28 Eccentric Gastrocnemius. Start on the ball of both feet, lower yourself down, remove the opposite leg and raise onto your toes again.
0:38 Single-Leg Gatrocnemius. Standing on your flat foot, with your knee locked straight, slowly raise onto the ball of the foot and then lower the heal back down to the starting position.
